Premium changes how fast alerts reach you: instantly, as soon as RentBear finds a matching home, or once an hour — your choice. Everything else (every site, every filter, no commission) is included in all plans.
If you are actively searching, the 3-month plan is the best value: you pay for 2 months and get the third free. If you expect to find a home quickly, 1 month may be enough — you can cancel either at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade from free to premium, or switch between the 1-month and 3-month plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

Yes, within 14 days of subscribing: EU consumers can withdraw by emailing support@rentbear.co, and we refund what you paid minus the part of the service already used. After 14 days fees are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
