Hi Bear LLC ("RentBear," "we," "us," or "our"), located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 3 // 5 // 7, 10145, Estonia, operates the RentBear platform. By accessing or using RentBear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentBear, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Requirements

To use certain features of RentBear, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials with others.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may also sign in using third-party login providers such as Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn. When you use a third-party login, you authorize us to access certain information from that provider in accordance with their terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using RentBear, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access our platform or extract data without our prior written consent.
  • Post, transmit, or distribute any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
  • Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology that make up the RentBear service are the intellectual property of Hi Bear LLC and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without prior written consent.

5. Service Description

RentBear is a rental search aggregation service. We scan 100+ rental websites in the Netherlands and alert you when new listings match your search criteria. RentBear is not a real estate agent, broker, or property manager.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

RentBear offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

RentBear aggregates publicly available rental listings but does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, availability, or legitimacy. Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
